why am i getting very high load status while CPU or Memory uses are very low?

Please check your disk usage, get the top and check if [wa] is high

Your server may be heavily loaded for a while

aaPanel_Jose one more problem some times it shows 100% of CPU usages but in my GCP (google cloud) instance it only show 60% highest usages
