Access denied for user 'user_database'@'DataBaseServerIP'

Hello I am trying to connect DB Remote from aapanel to MySql Database to another hosting (Cpanel) to get the database but just I am getting this error (1045, "Access denied for user 'user_database'@'DataBaseServerIP' (using password: YES)")

I have set up my details ip, user and password, I have tried it MySql Workbench and the connection is successful with the host database. I have the lastest update of MyPHPAdmin but nothing.

Hello, adding a remote database only supports the root user. Ordinary users do not have permissions so they cannot add it.

I have added the main account of the hosting cpanel and was connected. but when I want to get Data Base from server and chose that option I cannot and I got this text

Insufficient user rights!

(1142, "SELECT command denied to user 'user'@'iphost' for table 'user'")
