When the panel cannot access the bt servers, an error appears on the panel home page and apps page and there is no access to installed apps. Maybe it makes sense to add connection checking and bypass this problem if there is no connection. For example, leave the "Installed" tab on the applications page to access installed applications when there is no connection to the main panel servers. And also on the main page the block of installed applications, so that it does not depend on the connection of the panel with bt servers.
