I want to set an hourly sending limit for the emails I create. Sometimes, email account owners can lose their passwords, leading to heavy spam sending from the server.

Not tested but you need edit postfix direct email Service Status > Postfix > coonfigure and add line

smtpd_client_message_rate_limit = 40 # limit 40 email 1 h
anvil_rate_time_unit = 3600s #time config = 1 h
default_destination_recipient_limit = 30 # total email user can send one time 30 users

after restart postfix
