How to restart port 443 when it is stop on aaWAF

Hello!
I'm using aaWAF and it's been working great. However, today I suddenly found port 443 stopped, which prevented access to the website when using SSL. I tried restarting aaWAF, but it didn't solve the issue. Then I had to disable SSL on the website and recreate SSL, after which port 443 start again. Is there any quicker way to restart this port if it's stopped? If possible, please help me with the command to do this.

I have no other programs using this port. The website was being used normally and suddenly that port was turned off and I had to delete SSL and reinstall SSL to get port 443 working again.
