Enable WebAssembly (.wasm) and TensorFlow Lite (.tflite) on web server?

Hi,

I need to enable WebAssembly (.wasm) and TensorFlow Lite (.tflite) on Open Lite Speed web server, but I can not config on LiteSpeed WebAdmin Console because it shows "Include file detected in configuration file. Entering Read-only mode."

How can I enable these extensions by other way?
