How to save "sudo iptables-restore < rules.v4" settings in the panel?

Hello.
Initially I imported a large list of rules through the panel, then I realized they were not working and wanted to delete them.
I deleted the unnecessary ones via SSH and saved "sudo iptables-restore < rules.v4" but it doesn't show up in the panel. How to do?
It takes a long time to delete 100 rules manually 🙁

service bt restart iptables
service iptables save service iptables restart
service bt iptables save

These commands don't work. I'm running Debian 12.

But how do I mass delete? I found a way out via SSH, but in the panel itself these rules are not deleted.
