cannot ping curl from aapanel without adding dns in hosts file

this is my hostfile.
i try to get api from some website , but when i test curl / ping on terminal , its give
"could not resolve host"
"Temporary failure in name resolution"

i found solution , i should add the dns on hosts file.
but on my aapanel on another server , this never happen . (on lower version aapanel)

please help , why this happen

the website is normal , i cant curl to anywhere without adding de ip and dns in hosts file ,
i have aapanel on another server , and nothings is trouble like this (version 6.8.31)
i think trouble is exist in aapanel version 6.8.33
