infinyteam Wordpress + online users is 3,000 needs more resources than a contabo vps.
btw, this is aapanel forum , not cyberpanel.

Really, using "cyberpanel" and asking in "aapanel" forum.
If u cant ssh to ur server, that means u need to contact your hosting provider.
Your server must be rebooting or crashed.
