Unable to send mail using aaPanel SMTP.

Ive made SMTP in aaPanel Server and also for testing i made php website to send mail using phpmailer but after it doesn't worked. if we use aaPanel to send email that worked but using php it doesn't work. phpmailer system says like this
"Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to serverSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server"

their is no problem with phpmailer cuz i also tried google smtp that worked but aaPanel SMTP not working please give solution im trying to find solution from many days but still not got.

and please guide is to solve with proper , i'll really thankfull for this .

i already posted before. but no worries please read it carefully

i've created mail server using aaPanel (in ubuntu 22.04). and if i'm using aaPanel mailing system to send mail to other recipient that works correctly . but if im using that mail using smtp to send email to other recipient that doesn't work i mean aaPanel Mail Server SMTP ( hotname: mail.example.com , port 465 ) not working. please guide us i'll be thank full for this.

sabirboi04 its easy. use a supported os. btw this happened to me with Debian 11 LOL. now I use Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS an works like a charm
