Have you edited you php.ini recently manually?

Yes still the same error

lnhax Are you using extra modules? Or some extra customizations, what is the installation you used Fast or Compiled?

I have Install using fast mode

lnhax Give it a try with compiler especially if you add extra modules like page_speed or such.
