thanks for all the work you are doing for enhance the aapanel.

my issue is I use the aapanel on server without internet but the connections are keep going looking for repo to check the updates.
and I have many issues with that, sometimes the server are haging because of lot of outgoing request.
so can i stop any outgoing connection form the aapanel so i dont face issue with this situation.

Hello, the use of the panel requires a network connection, and does not support use without a network.

last question if i disable the aapanel from command line does the connections stop ?

It cannot be disabled. After stopping aapanel, there will be no connection.
