Hello I am not able to wildcard subdomain.
it display message
Primary domain cannot be wildcard DNS record.
I have added record in Godaddy DNS in A record * and in value is my server ip.
when i try to add *.mydomain.com
it display Primary domain cannot be wildcard DNS record.

I tried but will it display the same message

but when I entered anyname.mydomain.com
it's point my main domain?
And I have to also apply ssl on my wildcard subdomain

It is recommended to directly add the domain name first instead of adding the generic domain name (*.xxx.com). After the addition is completed, add the generic domain name again. Finally use dns method to apply ssl

I already have do tha but I want another separate directory for wildcard subdomain
I don't want to point with my main domain..
Is it possible to that ?
and also help me to apply ssl on it..

my simple concern is that
can I make separate directory for wildcard subdomain because it's pointing my main domain?
means *.mydomain.com => need to point my wildcard directory
www.mydomain.com => need to point my main directory of mydomain.com
the process you in screenshot I have already do that but it's not working or genuine method
please help me to get out of this problem :
