How to connect libjemalloc.so.2 to mysql mariadb?

I created the file:
nano /etc/systemd/system/mariadb.service.d/override.conf
with content:
[Service]
Environment="LD_PRELOAD=/usr/local/lib/libjemalloc.so.2"

and restarted.

But it never connected.

Please back up the file before modifying it.
