Website is very slow

Hello, I have a WordPress website running on a server with aaPanel with the following specifications:

PHP 7.4
MySQL 5.7.40
NginX 1.20.2

And this is the Status:

The traffic is approximately more than 400 visitors and a total of more than 1,000 posts per day.

With the above conditions, why does my website run very slowly on all activities such as opening the homepage, logging in, posting, etc. taking more than 1 minute per load?
And sometimes also get "502 Bad Gateway"

Or is there a recommended configuration?

My advice..

server:
enable memcached
install extensions opcache & memcached

optimization - running mode as on-demand

wordpress:
install pluigns ngix cache

last:
aapanel should develop front front-end or cache reverse-proxy HTTP accelerator..example varnish..

compare to aapanel i used another panel and the gmetrix score is A..LOL

My Belated Contribution: How I Improved the Loading Time of My Websites
I have limited knowledge about servers and I'm not sure why this solution was ideal for me, but my websites improved significantly after I did this:
Use Linux Tools and adjust the swap size on your Aapanel server.

Install Linux Tools through the Aapanel:

Access the Aapanel control panel, go to the App Store, and search for "Linux Tools".
Click "Install" to install the Linux Tools.

Adjust the swap size:

In the "Linux Tools" section, click on "Swap/Virtual memory".
In the "Add Swap" text box, enter "2000" to set the swap to 2GB.
Click "Confirm" to save the change.

After confirming this change, I noticed a significant improvement in the loading time of my websites. The pages were responding much faster, and the user experience became much smoother. Unfortunately, I don't know the detailed reason why this solution worked so well for me. I imagine that my server might have needed more virtual memory to handle the workload of my websites.
