I have a Mautic installation that's not performing well. It's not tracking email opens with mtracking.gif, it's not loading user profile pictures in PNG format, and I suspect there might be several other issues that I'm not even aware of. I've come across forums on the internet recommending a special Nginx configuration, but I always encounter errors when trying to implement it. So, I'm considering going back to the native setup using Aapanel.
I absolutely need the following URL rewrite command to make Mautic work:
location / {
try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$args;
}
But when I tried to add rules for communicating with /run/php/php7.4-fpm.sock, I encountered an error. Additionally, when I access the php7.4-fpm.sock file, another error pops up.
After providing this context:
Is there any specific URL rewrite configuration for Mautic in Aapanel?
I'm not an expert, but I believe there might be an issue with php7.4-fpm.sock.
Things I've already tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling php7.4-fpm.
-Checking /etc/php/7.4/fpm/pool.d to ensure that listen = /run/php/php7.4-fpm.sock is correct.
-Restarting servers.
Regarding the issues with Mautic's functionality, there are no logs in Nginx or within Mautic itself. I'm quite certain that the malfunction is due to misconfigured URL rewrites.
