The BT download server (download.bt.cn) might be down or blocking a ton of IPs.
I can ping this site using my LTE network, but not with my normal ethernet connection. It doesn't respond with multiple providers.
If you check the URL here: https://www.uptrends.com/nl/tools/uptime
You can see that a lot of countries do not get a reply.
Pinging the server ip ( 45.32.116.160 ) has the same issue.
