pgsql and pdo_pgsql PHP extension not able to install

We are not able to install the pgsql and pdo_pgsql PHP extension, in either of the php versions (php70, php71, php72 and php73). In the log it says "installed" but it does't get install. When trying to install it keep on displaying message "installing.." but does't get install. Kindly suggest solution or work around.

please install AppStore -> Plug-ins ->PostgreSQL Manager 1.0
and install pdo_pgsql again
