i've tried to change my user using command bt 6 and bt 5 to change password but it doesnt work entering my panel and i tried the other way to change my password with command cd /www/server/panel && python3 tools.py panel testpasswd this method doesnt work also. please help me to fix this problem

okay i've retry with this method cd /www/server/panel && python3 tools.py panel @testpasswd11 and also with adding a special symbol, pure letters but it doesnt work to login and i've one question i never change my username and password after i installed AAPANEL. is any periode to change it automatically by system?
