show 404 not found when i access /public/welcome

as i tried to deploy my laravel after install aapanel and php 8.1

for now, i can upload my laravel project to it and i can access the default route properly.
http://test.com/test3/public/
but when I create new route and access it, it's show 404 not found.
http://test.com/test3/public/welcome
my route is very simple and I never found this issue before

aaPanel_Kern I am a developer and the route is very simple, the result of /welcome and / should be the same.
so i test by create a directory public and welcome.html. the website is normal.

from the information, it's surely that something not support to access the /public/welcome of laravel project.

aaPanel_Kern I recheck again and create some log file before the request come to laravel.
I found that when I access
/public/welcome
the request is not come in to Laravel project
