I installed the imagemagick extension but it doesn't have the HEIC extension. Please help me install HEIC.

Hello, this needs to check whether the installed ImageMagick dependency supports HEIC, if it is not supported by default, you need to use a third-party supported ImageMagick package

Check for support
convert -list format |grep HEIC

This website can check whether there is a dependency package that supports HEIC
