I tried to check the demo, but the site is down. Tried to install in my VPS, but doesn't run/load anything? Is this a joke?

aaPanel_Jose r u saying that u provided a demo with SA privileges that users can destroy it ?!, is there any security topic here ?! in other words, did u covered the security !! especially this concern a servers and users data !!! worldwide.
by the way, I do love such solutions, but in the same time, u need to be super careful about such options and topics

After the user logs in to the Demo, the login IP is hidden, but you can try the functions inside.

The demo is deployed in a separate server and the docker is isolated from the aaPanel. There will be no security issues
