In order to prevent malicious modification to give Linux the hidden attribute i, you can execute

Hi there
2 smalls questions
1/ In a 2019 post you suggested a different command : chattr -i .user.ini
is it the same than the one suggest
chattr -i /***/.user.ini
Does the first one only for current folder site, and the second one for all web sites ?
2/ Second question : is there any command to come back to original locked permission file ?
