i installed only 14.2 version, but when ever i run dnf update and dnf upgrade code it automaticaly fetch PostgreSQL 9.6 for RHEL/CentOS 8 - x86_64 version

i dont know where its taking

now i coudint run even dnf update also

please check PostgreSQL 9.6 for RHEL/CentOS 8 - x86_64 is deprecated and i think iits come some where of aapnel
