I has the same issue, but I did fix it, I turn SSL and all gone fine until I begin to work with no-ip dns, all was done I can access dasboard as show you here...

Warning:
If you cannot access the panel,

strangely..strangely..
When the ip public changes... I can`t get it to dashboard...
I did active ssl
I did deactive ssl
I did do everything but nothing...
Do you feel cold to... can you hepl me ppleease????
I have not local access (IP) and I have not web acces (NO-IP)
