KristianP Hi: CentOS / RedHat: yum install libicu-devel Ubuntu/Debian: sudo apt-get install libicu-dev Try to install PHP after running the above command for your system distribution.

kaz050457 The fast install is a rpm package that we created after compiling with the official source package. Omit the compilation process during your installation. The compile install will Compile the source package on your server ,the installation is slow but relatively stable
