I did not solve my problem, but I proceeded in another way.
Let me explain :
I created a pma subdomain with which I created a new site without BDD or FTP just with PHP8.1
I then downloaded phpMyAdmin 5.2.0 from the official site.
I put all the contents of the phpmyadmin directory that I just downloaded in the directory of my new site pma.mydomain.com and I launched the installation from the following url:
pma.mydomain.com/setup/index.php
I followed the instructions and that's it, I can administer my databases directly from my subdomain.
I protected the directory of my new site with an .htaccess which only authorizes my IP address to access it.
Then I uninstalled aapanel version and everything works perfectly
