mail loops back to myself

Hello,
I am getting a mail loops back to myself
I get it from 2 addresses root@mail.mydomain.com and root@localhost
I believe this is from fail2ban but not sure.
I can send and receive email fine. Just receiving this error.
How to fix this?

This I think is mainly to check for spam. I get 8.7/10
Rspamd reports -1.0/15 for email from: root@mail.mydomain.com to: root@localhost
I think I no problem just need to figure out how to fix. As you can see email from is from my mailserver address not my domain address. This might have something to do with mydestination?
