Nginx + FastCgi Cache is alot faster. https://spinupwp.com/page-caching-varnish-vs-nginx-fastcgi-cache-2018/ Varnish is hard to tweak and make it consistent not to cache things that you don't want. I believe is a waist of time to implement varnish cache mechanism.
