I have an issue, can't access phpMyAdmin (PHP 7.4):
Tried to reinstall phpMyAdmin, and switch the PHP version, didn't help.

    Hi. Try restarting nginx and all php, can it be solved?
    If it still doesn't work, click "Restart Server" in "Restart" on the home page, can it be solved?

        Hey,
        unfortunately, both restart Nginx/Php and restarting the server didn't help.

          SOLVED.
          Installed nginx 1.20 / php 7.4 / phpmyadmin 5 / Ubuntu 22.04.1

          Suggest there is some issue with nginx 1.21 / phpmyadmin 5 and Ubuntu 22.04.1
