How to increase database upload size

I'm transfering my site from one server to another server, I have downloaded database and wp content file, but when I'm uploading that database to server that is showing error.....Because file size is more than 256 mb, How can I increase upload size?

where did you upload it? The panel can upload files with a size of 256M

If you are uploading the database.sql file to import via phpadmin, you may need to increase the upload_max_filesize

Already set as 512M from here
But still size does not change
