Help with FTP Storage

![](https://)Hello, I need help to use FTP Storage, I have tested it with several ftp servers such as Filezilla, Duckserver and Core Ftp.
in all of them it connects but then it tells me to verify the Api, I did the process of uninstalling and installing after the last update 6.8.26.
and it says there is a problem with the API, is there any way to solve this, maybe installing FTP storage through the terminal?
i tested the Filezilla test tool and the FTP its ok

Hi, can the server connect to port 21 of the ftp server? try telnet
telnet ftp_server_ip 21
if it is possible. Try to uninstall FTP Storage and install again, and check if there are any errors during the installation.

Hi Kern, Thanks for the answer, i tested with telnet and works fine, but the 2nd step i updated the panel to last version and unistalled Ftp Storage and installe again with the same credentials that telnet , user and password too but the issue remain, Error on Api Verification

This error is displayed when the port is not open when I test.
The server side opens port 21 and still prompts an error, but it is normal after opening the dynamic port (the dynamic port needs to be opened according to the FTP server software you use)
You can also install Pure-Ftpd on aapanel to create a user on the FTP interface, and then set the relevant content in the FTP storage where the Host is 127.0.0.1 to verify whether it is available.

I tested with Windows' Filezilla Server and there is no problem. The problem is generally that the dynamic port is not open.
