I have to make vhost and set headers expire also their ssl for cloudflare. But OLS panel shows that configuration did not made any changes because it is read-only panel

No, you misunderstood me. I want to set openlitespeed to automatically receive what is written to the htaccess file without having to restart the service. I use wordpress and when updating permalink it gives 404 error until restart openlitespeed. I need to set the htacess file to be read automatically without having to restart the service.

I checked and found this however it doesn't work. Every time I change the content in the .htaccess file, I have to restart openlitespeed to work. Is there a way to have the .htaccess file automatically read the contents after each configuration is added?
