SYS-Firewall blocking FTP

I tried to block the FTP Port 21 except for specific IPs, but it wont work.
In the SYS-Firewall i first block Port 21 for ALL and allow it for one specific IP, but i can still connect to the FTP from all IP's...

I also tried to block Port 21 for all and release the IP in the IP Rules Tab, but this also doesnt work. Still connecting from all IP's

Any idea?

Hello, it can be used normally in the test, my system is debian 11
In the firewall rules, ALL is blocked by default, and you only need to open the IP to allow access to port 21.
Check whether the server firewall open or block rules are written in the firewall rules:
/sbin/ufw status
firewall-cmd --list-all
If the firewall rules are not written, try to delete and add them. If it still doesn't work, try to reinstall SYS Firewall
