How to set correct timezone

My timezone is Asia/Taipei. I would like to display time in my websites correctly
My server is Linux / CentOS7

My websites on this server will show a wrong time. For example, now is 21:46 but my website will show 05:46

I tried to use "Linux tool" but still show wrong time even chose the correct timezone.

Please help. Thank you

is Asia/Taipei

aaP_earnbyshare2016 You can set correct timezone in php config.
If option missing uncomment line (remove ";" ) in config file.

But my websites showing time 05:43:20. It should show 21:43:20.
I check php and mysql timezone are also correct.

I have set the php timezone to Asia/Taipei. This is phpinfo()

My actual local time in Asia/Taipei is 08:59.
But when I echo the current time in php and it shows 2022-04-12 16:59:12

Any idea what have to be changed? Thank you for all the reply!
