please help me load and cpu usage is always suddenly 100%, when it's 100% it won't go down and have to restart the server to make it normal when it's 100% there should be no online visitors because the web can't be accessed but once it's 100% it's always 100% it won't go down because ddos attack? I have used cloudflare under attack on and wordfence and it still happens, please help.
