Clean Debian 10 server. Debian GNU/Linux 10(Py3.7.9)

I had the same issue webserver would not start after reboot.

I commented out the line and all is well.

I like aapanel but this is the second time I have had things magically appear in the config file that breaks the webserver, or keeps it from starting.

"Fix" button automatically fixes the issue...until next restart. I guess it is more convenient than creating folders every time by hand, but issue is still here.
