Lately since I started to frequent the upload of files to the server I have realized that the speed is from the same control panel or from an external script like OwnCloud, Droppy or even the same WordPress is limited to 2MB/s, sometimes the maximum it reaches is 2.8MB/s in the best of circumstances. I have made infinite modifications in the TCP configurations without any success, I have only managed to make the websites load faster, but the bandwidth is maintained.
I did the test in AWS, Clouding, Vultr, DigitalOcean and an instance that I had in OVH but the problem remains.
My current server has 1Gbps assigned and if I upload files via FTP or SCP I don't have that problem so distance and route problems to the datacenter are not.
